Return Pickup/Dispatch Timeline: Once approved, return pickup will be scheduled within 60 minutes. Return Delivery Timeline: The returned item should reach our warehouse within 60 minutes after pickup. Conditions for Returns: The goods must be returned within 120 minutes of purchase. The goods must be in their original packaging. Items Not Eligible for Return: Goods made to your specifications or personalized. Goods that cannot be returned due to their nature (e.g., perishable items, expired items). Goods that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (e.g., unsealed personal care items). Goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery. KCC TRADING reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
