Payments & Pricing - Prices for services, subscriptions, or products are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change. - Payments are processed through secure third‑party processors. We do not store raw payment card data. - Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non‑refundable, except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy. 8. Privacy Your personal data is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing. 9. Termination & Suspension We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or applicable law. 10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tamilnadu, India. 13.
